The owner was born in the Asahina district of Okabe, and opened this restaurant with the desire to serve grated yam soup made with delicious wild yam grown in Okabe. Every day at their store, they grind wild yam and mix it with fragrant bonito stock miso soup. Their soup is made with plenty of wild yam, so it has a rich flavor and fine aroma.
