오카베슈쿠

Jurinji Temple

This temple was founded in 1624 at the foot of Mt. Takakusa, east of Okabe-juku. In addition to the enlightened Jizo Bosatsu and the Rikujizo, the two Buddhist Buddhas and the calligraphy (both designated by the city) are enshrined by the monks and monks of the Edo period. In addition, many shrine trees are planted on the grounds, and a shrine festival is held in March. There is also a garden with a local stone sculptor Takashi Sugimura's Dojizo, so you can enjoy the scenery of the four seasons.
