This ramen restaurant stands on the old Tokaido road. Its owner was born in Akita and has over 40 years of experience in the restaurant business. Their specialty miso ramen has a light broth, with a pork bone, seafood, and kombu base. Soy sauce, miso sauce, and other seasonings used here are procured from Akita. The green onion miso ramen is a true delicacy, with plenty of fine strips of leek tossed in sesame chili oil. It has a wonderful crunchy texture that you’re sure to love. It is very filling!
