Rengejiike Park
Nyakoji Tombs(Kofun Square)
This is the oldest group of tombs in the city on the west ridge of Rengeji Pond Park, dating from the 4th to the 7th century. It is also a designated historic site of the prefecture. Currently, it is maintained as a “tumulus square”, and from the square you can see not only the Shita Plain, but also Suruga Bay and Mt. Fuji, and it is a popular view spot.
