This is a rice cracker shop that has been around for a long time as "Fujieda souvenir" with a shop located along the old Tokaido Fujieda-shuku. It was started by the founder, Takemama, who baked a rice cracker that imitated the plum blossoms in the nearby plum garden, which is the name behind the shop. Even now, while keeping the taste and technique of the past, new rice crackers such as sweet rice crackers using tea and fruits from Fujieda and otake senbei chocolates with chocolate are also born.
