Founded in 1919, this long-operating ramen restaurant stands along the old Tokaido road, and is marked with a red curtain and a tanuki (raccoon dog) figurine. Their warm Chinese noodles have a strong soy sauce flavor, and refreshing aftertaste. Their cold noodles have a milder flavor, and you can also enjoy the different texture of the noodles. Come and enjoy ramen served either hot or cold in Fujieda style, which is rooted in asa-raa (breakfast ramen) culture.
