This restaurant and café has a reputation for delicious plate lunches using plenty of locally grown vegetables. They use homemade fermented ingredients and herbs, and all of their side dishes are made carefully with great time and effort, for simple but superb taste. Once a month, they have a day for weekend café time when you can enjoy elaborately made toast, and a day for aroma workshops. Reservations are given priority, so we recommend making reservations in advance.
